I absolutely agree in this area water and no sugar ))) that really works for me too ) the only business that I want to add is that it is recommended to eat fruits in the morning, or at least before the main meal because it takes less time to digest fruits than meat harvest or something heavy. And if fruits get into your stomach after heavy food they stay there and start fermenting causing uneasy feelings inside )))))

@aishu559 Not right , nuts have excellent fats which have been proven to help you lose consequence . Plus they satisfy you and fill you up.
